• Service Down on Securebiz Server

  • Dear Customers,

    One of our windows server has some service problem due to recent Update, We are working on it. you might not access your control panel or your website might not accessible. the reason you are getting this error is due to the server Runs under windows with parallels plesk panel 11.x and it was update to 12 automatically and during the update process, few service get malfunctions so the updates stuck in middle.

    we already contacted the Plesk team, and they are checking the issue. it could take little longer and might  take another 72 hr.

    We request you to take a formal backup of your website files via ftp and database via 3rd party apps immediately.


    we request you  to allow some more time and we are extremely sorry for inconvenience cause.
    our management has decide to give a month free hosting  for this trouble.


    We can't do anything until we get confirmation from Plesk team.
